The daughter of a beloved, longtime high school football coach, athletics and community spirit are simply part of Debbie’s DNA. On top of that, she doesn’t know a stranger! Debbie’s can-do attitude makes her a key player on the NextGen Sports team, handling the business administration details for our employee-owned company.

Mark Driver

Mark knows how to put together all the right talent. He has 30 years of experience in the sports surfacing industry, getting his start while working alongside his father and brother. When Mark isn’t on the road meeting with new clients or on job sites overseeing excellence in action, he can be found at home, cherishing family time and cheering on his son’s high school football team.

Phil Christiansen

With an unparalleled background in civil engineering and advisory to the athletic fields industry for 40 years, Phil’s specialty is the science behind all our design solutions. His technical expertise in soil conditions, rainfall intensities, and regulatory compliance gives our team the edge when it comes to installing the optimal sports facilities for our clients.

Specialty license: Recreation & Sporting Facilities & Golf Courses
Our master electrician, Scott, comes from a construction family, and that’s why we recruited him. He handles all the electrical mechanics on our job sites and is entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including working with structural engineers to ensure all safety aspects of an installation. When Scott isn’t on our clients’ fields, he’s focused on his other favorite field sports: hunting and fishing.
